3 months ago i had typhoid ( in september) and after going through antibiotic treatment i am well now but i have this upper abdominal pain?

Gastroenterologist: Since typhoid can cause, not only intestinal bleeding, but perforation, I strongly recommend an evaluation by a gastroenterologist as appropriate testing for upper abdominal discomfort will be done. Possible testing may involve ultrasound, ct scan, upper endoscopy as well as testing of gall bladder,liver and pancreas. Abscess formation would be suspected if you have fever or sweats.

: Upper abdominal pain with "positive plasminogen 1 and 2" may indicate intrinsic protection from the inactivation of clots to control bleeding, as in gastric acid reflux and potential gastric ulcer formation.  Get a referral to a GI specialist who may recommend upper esophageal endoscopy to diagnose the cause of the pain.
