Probiotics : Probiotics and methods to help regular daily bowel movements to re-balance your GI system would be a good start. Avoiding foods that cause you the most gas and cramping (dairy? Cabbage? Broccoli? Beans?) is another step. Beyond this, an evaluation by your doctor may be in order.

However, excessive use of baking soda and milk led to a syndrome called the milk-alkali syndrome where the body had too much acid washed out of it, leading to illness from the treatment.

Not related to: masturbation which is a healthy &amp; natural form of "release". Your "digestion" may well be related to diet, is it varied &amp; haeathy? i.e. plenty of fresh fruit, vegetables, fiber &amp; healthy protein. Or could problem be related to fried &amp; fatty foods or lactose or gluten intolerance. These questions are best addressed before thinking about meds or other remedies.

Need a visit to GI: First of all you should go to your pCP/or ER .without HX &amp; P/E  ,I cannot confirm any Dx!!
Bleeding may result in bright red blood in the stool as well as maroon ... the toilet water pink or observing spots of blood on the tissue paper after they wipe. .... Diverticulitis causes abdominal pain, fever and tenderness usually in the left .Aproximately 1 in 20 people will get hemorrhoids at some point

Whenever : Whenever a child has vomiting and/or diarrhea, his body is fighting an illness and is trying to get rid of a gastrointestinal toxin. Most likely this is a viral illness, but occasionally it can be bacterial, also. In either case, antidiarrheals can prolong the illness and antivomiting medications should not be given unless you are specifically told to do so by his doctor. The best course of action is to give his stomach a break for an hour or two and then restart hydration with clear fluids - an oral rehydration fluid such as pedialyte is ideal if the child also has diarrhea. Sometimes you have to feed the fluid to the child a tablespoon once a minute because a big gulp can trigger vomiting. If he does well with this after a couple hours, you can move on to bland foods. 
Reasons to call your child's doctor would be:

-vomiting for more than 24 hours 
-diarrhea for more than 7 days 
-severe abdominal pain
-bright green or bloody vomit 
-bloody or black diarrhea 
-new fever 
-dehydration (no urination in 8 hours, dry mouth, no tears, dry or doughy skin) 
-acting very sick.
