Gas: To reduce intestinal gas formation, in addition to reducing ingestion of gassy foods and beverages, try taking simethicone 1/2 hour after eating a meal. To break down existing gas in the intestinal tract and help pass it down into the rectum,  drink hot(not boiling) water. Apply heat to the abdomen if very uncomfortable.  I agree that your symptoms aren't worrisome.

Diarrhea: See a doctor to get proper treatment. Infectious diarrhea is treated one way. Reactive diarrhea is treated in opposite fashion. If you treat it wrong you will make it worse. See a doctor.

Bum pain: Sitz bathes can be helpful. Sit in a bathtub with warm water.  There needs to be enough water to submerge the anal area. Soak for about 15 minutes – several times a day.

May not be a pimple: Instead of an ordinary pimple there may be more to this. Perhaps you have a cold sore on the tip of your nose or some other problems such as skin cancer brewing. Of course I could not tell you for sure without looking at this. My advice would be to apply heat and if it does not improve in the day seek a physician who can look at it

Define the issue: Unless you know what is the source of said inflammation, there's no treatment which can be suggested. Some inflammations require steroids or other treatments. Others are infectious and may require antimicrobials. I suggest you hold off any home remedies until you know what the diagnosis is. Then, talk  with your doctor about therapies. Good luck.
