: Could be a number of things. your under pants. the detergent used in their washing. I dont think the head would be affected by masturbation. Try using baby oil or hand lotion.

Yes: It is important to identify the cause.  Often head pressure is associated with sinus issues especially when occuring just at night due to a change in position.  You may try a short trial of decongestants for a few days but importantly you probably should see a physician to discuss the possible causes.
