You might: Consider a dermatologist.  There may be a chemical peel or dermabrasion that could help.  I think your gonna need a dermatologist but there is treatment, look up dermabrasion, good luck.

Treatments that focus on removing pores usually only provide temporary results as the natural tendency of the skin is to maintain its pores.  Assessment by a medical provider is important to exclude other diagnoses.

Retin A (tretinoin): Retin a (tretinoin) or one of it's derivatives like tazorac or differin, are excellent treatment creams to help reduce your pores.  The medicine takes more than 2 months to see results but be patient and you will see some improvement.

Laser treatment  : In general facial pores are not treated with laser therapy. I would advice you wash your face with mild soap multiple times a day to keep to pores open and dry out.

Laser resurfacing: The laser procedure causes injury to the skin and as things heal, some of the pores may clog due to inflammation in the hair follicles and oil glands and cause an increase in acne lesions. It should be a temporary thing and ultimately, things should be better.

Safe and works well: It doesn't get rid of it, just reduces the size of the pores. Find the right laser as not all lasers are alike. Stay away from IPL and check out YAG lasers. You will need a few treatments. It's totally worth it. Get a free consult with different doctors before committing to one. Make sure someone very experienced is doing it too, not just a salon person, but someone who's medically trained by a dr.
