Viral gastroenteriti: Most likely explanation given your age, constellation of symptoms and course of improvement is acute viral gastroenteritis. Food poisoning is another possibility. Newly acquired h pylori infection of stomach could present this way. Expect recovery but if symptoms persist or worsen see a physician for evaluation.

I : I think that you need an antiemetic, either as a suppositorie or an orally  disintegrating tablet, which is not available over the counter. Therefore, you may have to visit the nearest emergency room.

Diarrhea: See a doctor to get proper treatment. Infectious diarrhea is treated one way. Reactive diarrhea is treated in opposite fashion. If you treat it wrong you will make it worse. See a doctor.

: First you have to determine the cause of severe diarrhea. Infection? Food intolerance? Irritable bowel syndrome? Side effect if medication? For benign occasional bouts like yours,I'd recommend drinking lots of room temperature liquids &amp;eating only a very soft, bland diet and have a prescription on hand for antispasmodic medication like dicyclomine as well as the taking of Imodium properly

No diarrhea: I cannot recall ever seeing a case where diarrhea was involved.They can occur simultaneously for a number of reasons but it is not a listed symptom. I would ignore the rash.It comes up from the inside so outside creams or treatments don't help. The rash may flare with a warm bath or play outside and can persist for weeks.They are not contagious when the rash appears.

Supportive care: It is treated mainly supportively-i.e. You need to keep yourself hydrated obviously. You can try gatorade,  or pedialyte for hydration. What kind of chemo? If no fever, no blood or mucuous in stool- after you discuss with your oncologist- anti diarrhea can be considered. If diarrhea persist for 3 days or more-iv hydration and perhaps antibiotics should be considered. Discuss with onc in detail.

: Most of the times it does resolve by itself. Some other times symptoms linger for some time, on and off. Starting with keeping a log with type and quantity of food and drinks ingested helps by identifying sometimes the culprit, many times gluten or fermenting foods. Keeping in touch with same doc helps as work up has to be coordinated properly and may include stool studies and/or scopes.

Bad idea: Tampons are meant for uterine/vaginal bleeding. You insert it, it  expands when wet, can't migrate farther up, and can be reasonably easily removed.  Foreign bodies in the rectum can migrate up, beyond the reach for retrievel (unpleasant at best), and arguably could cause a bowel obstruction. See your doc, find out why you have diarrhea, and treat it the right way.

Depends: If the diarrhea is due to an infection by a virus, it will need to run its course. You can help things along by taking a probiotic (healthy bacteria such as lactobacillus species) daily until better.  Diarrhea due to bacterial infections sometimes require antibiotic therapy. Diarrhea that persists more than 2 weeks, or bloody diarrhea of any duration, should be evaluated by your doctor.

May be serious issue: Bloody diarrhea is not normal and deserves medical evaluation!  blood on toilet tissue or as a self-limited streak of blood on stool may be hemorrhoidal, anal fissure, or a local rectal process.  However, seeing blood with diarrhea may be due to invasive infection, inflammatory bowel disease, ischemic colitis, caustic or mechanical damage (colonics), or even a brisk upper GI bleed.  See a doctor!
