Aloe: Apply cool aloe to the burn.  See a doctor if any sign of infection occurs - increasing redness, pus, worsening pain.  Ibuprofen or tylenol (acetaminophen) will help with the pain.  Use a non-stick dressing.

See a hand surgeon: Lacerations in the palm can be quite tender.  It can take a few weeks for the tenderness to diminish.  However, if you cut an artery and possible a nerve, you absolutely should be evaluated by a hand surgeon to determine your further course of treatment.
