Saltwater gargles: mix 1 tsp salt in 8 oz warm water – gargle several times a day. Or gargle with aloe vera juice twice a day.

Usually a pharyngitis is initially a viral infection and can turn into a bacterial infection.  If you have been having this for a long time (months) maybe its allergies.
