Black triangles, caused by gum recession from malocclusion, overly aggressive hygiene, inflammatory/infective gum disease, etc, have a path to elimination in their early stages. See below. : You be amazed of how much whiter, less stained and pinker (healthier ) gums you will get just buy brushing and flossing a few times a day. By brushing properly using a soft toothbrush you can get great result. You can also use some over the counter whitening toothpaste. This is more of a maintenance plan and you should have a professional cleaning and whitening done by a dentist.

A dermatologist can tell you if you have alopecia (an autoimmune disorder) and treat it w/medication.  Peace and good health. See dentist for mouth issues and consider chewing a gum called SPRY or using the tooth paste by the same company.
