Heavy Creams: Look for a thick heavy cream to use, they may work better for you than regular lotion. You can find them at almost any drug store. Also if you are outside in the cold, wear gloves. Another tip, when you wash your hands make sure you dry them of very well, including between your fingers. Making sure you drink plenty of water can help keep you hydrated in general, including your skin.

: Hydrogen peroxide is not bleach but prolonged exposure can bleach the skin. Excessive exposure is corrosive to skin. Breathing its vapors  is also irritating to the respiratory tract. I suspect your exposure was to the lesser strength of hydrogen peroxide. Cracking and thinning of your hand skin should heal in time. You could consult a dermatologist or a wound specialist for evaluation and advice.

You probably need: prescription meds, but until you can see dermatologist, try using aquaphor 2-3 times a day and wear cotton gloves over aquaphor at bedtime. Stay away from soaps and use gentle liquid cleansers, avoid hot water and hot showers, and crazy glue can be used to seal cracks

Dry hands: the first step would be to make sure you are not irritating your skin with any topicals. then use an emollient at night- place on your hands and wrap them in plastic wrap(sleep like this).  If it persists, please see your PCP as there are many options available including prescription topical medications.  keep yourself hydrated from the inside - at least 64oz of water daily.
