: It means that you should be evaluated by a rheumatologist for autoimmune disorder. Uveitis is an autoimmune disorder of the eyes. An ophthalmologist should treat you for the uveitis ASAP.

Ankylosing Spondylit: It is possible to have as and have a negative hla b27.  Your symptoms, other labs, imaging studies and response to treatment are much more important than the hla b 27 test.

Don't Rx a lab value: The only question is whether you have reactive arthritis / ankylosing spondylitis or not. If you do, your physician is the one to make recommendations -- there's some biotech options that are very helpful. If you're not symptomatic, and this was found on a fishing expedition, it will probably never affect your life and there's nothing to do in any case. Best wishes.

what is the difference between psoriatic arthritis and spondyloarthrapathy? i'm hla b-27 positive

Almost the same: Many people with psoriatic arthritiw have back problems similar to classic ankylosing spondylitis. The meds used for these are the same and include sulfasalazine, methotrexate, biologics including humira, remicade, (infliximab) etc. Occasionally the arthritis goes into remission (stops) if the skin is cleared, but this isn't common.  Nonsteroids such as indomethecin are quite helpful.

Ankylosing spondylit: 9 in every 10 patients with ankylosing spondylitis  have hla-b27 +
people who carry the hla-b27 gene have a higher risk of developing the disease. However,  the risk for those carrying the gene is still very small. About 80 in every 1, 000 people in the general population carry the gene, but only 2 to 5 in every 1, 000 people have the disease. Discuss further with your doctor

Not simple: Stiff Person is rare. 
I advise use to visit with sub specialist, i.e. movement disorders neurologist, which likely are at University Hospital. 
I had seen 2-3 cases over 15 years, and I always ask for second opinion from an expert.

For AS patients: An auto fusion of the spine is not uncommon and one has to exercise and maintain as best posture possible while this occurs.  Weight control and not smoking are also important as well as controlling symptoms with medication as you are currently doing.
