a itch started bout 3 months ago. its all the time worsens at night and it's all over i will scratch until i brake skin!  eventually turns into hives?

Allergy or bites?: This could be symptomatic of hives (urticaria), which may be a response to a chemical or other exposure in your life.  If they're worse at night, insect bites like bed-bugs or scabies are a consideration.  See your doctor so that they can evaluate the rash in person.  In the interim, try some Aveeno, an oatmeal based lotion.  And take a Zyrtec or Benadryl (diphenhydramine) before bed for the itching.

i have hives during sleep and sometimes night time for over a month already and can be only control by zyrtec.  cannot find anything or pattern that trigger the hives reaction.

Hives: This type of recurrent hives may be very elusive in finding a cause. Although most cases of hives are allergic reactions to something internal or external(like exercise , temperature change), there are cases that have no obvious allergic cause. Nevertheless you may want to consult an allergist for a workup and advice. You're fortunate that zytec is that effective.

It's certainly: possible for coconut oil to cause hives if you have a skin allergy to it or an ingredient that's combined with it.  It's very unlikely to cause nausea unless you swallowed it.  Most likely the symptoms are coincidently, however.

Need to be seen: Kindly see yor doctor/dermatologist, can't be helped online, more history and physical examination are needed. In the interim you can try OTC cetirizine, loratadine or fexofenadine, regularly though, just to control the itching, hope it works, till you see your doctor first who may refer you to a dermatologist, best wishes

CHRONIC HIVES: Your dermatitis  has been there before the shots. Yes, you can still have hepatitis  A and B shots.

Well first histamine: levels are highest in the evening, and without seeing him and getting a detailed history i would question the fabric in his sheets, the laundry detergent used. Avoid perfume room deodorizers. Try going to all cotton bedding and pajamas, and change to all free and clear detergent. You can give a little OTC benadryl (diphenhydramine). If not better see derm or allergist.

Hives: If your hives is less than 6 weeks, most of the time, we cannot identify what causes it. Chronic hives more than 6 weeks need to be worked up. Hives at night might be caused by cold temperature or allergies to the allergens you expose to more often at night like dust mites, animal danders if you are allergic to those.

Try antihistamine: You may try taking antihistamine from 2 to 4 times daily. If the problem is not controlled or lasts more than 6 weeks, see an allergist.  The reason why hives are more bothersome at night is that our body's defense winds down at night to allow you to fall asleep and thus nearly every symptom gets worse at night.
