just ending 2nd medrol (methylprednisolone) pack within month for idiopathic hives.  feeling tired and fatigued today.  caffeine not taking edge off.  is this normal?  if so why does methylpred do this?

Taking correctly?: Make sure you are following the directions for your steriod taper to the letter.    Do not vary this in any way, shape or form because it can cause problems.      It's not unusually to feel "different" after a course of steroids.     It's best to touch base with the prescribing physician to see if they want to see you or order any lab testing.

It would be prudent to see your doctor and discuss if you may be depressed. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated.
