i have daily hive break outs and use allegra (fexofenadine)  but i also have anxiety...could the allegra (fexofenadine) be exacerbating my anxiety? is zyrtec better for anxiety?

Allegra (fexofenadine) vs Zyrtec : Allegra (fexofenadine) does not commonly cause or worsen anxiety. That said it can cause problems when taken in combination with other meds. It might be worth trying Zyrtec to see if there is any difference in your anxiety. Talk to your doctor about it and see what is the best option.  Some common SE of Fexofenadine  are: 
headache
dizziness 
diarrhea
vomiting
pain in the arms, legs, or back.

my daughter out of nowhere has a hive break out,nothing new introduce,not sick ,or allergic to food.i don't know what else can be.shes getting a test next week for blood and allergies but i'm going insane as is a new thing for her?

Hives: Hives are urticaria.  Chronic idiopathic urticaria and chronic spontaneous urticaria are not triggered by identifiable factors. is rarely a sign of another underlying disease. 
Inducible urticaria — Urticaria can be triggered by physical stimuli, such as heat, cold, pressure applied to the skin, exercise, water, vibration, and sunlight.  I have seen hives from emotional stress.

Dermatitis: Get in to see a dermatologist when you have one of these acute lesions for a better diagnosis and possible biopsy.

Several types of inflammatory conditions of the skin, allergic reactions, and sometimes bacterial, viral or fungal infections can cause rashes on the skin. Insect bites can also be the cause of a rash on the skin.  Have it evaluated by a professional and get the appropriate treatment.

Food allergies,other: Food allergy, drug allergy are common causes of hives.  Patients who are very allergic to grass pollens or animals can sometimes develop hives when touching them.  Rarely, people with internal diseases, such as viral hepatitis, autoimmune diseases, HIV can have hives.  There are also people who have hives for no reasons.  Their hives can be triggered by heat, pressure, menstrual periods and stress.

See an allergist: You should probably see an allergist for evaluation.  In the interim, taking Allegra (fexofenadine) or zyrtec can suppress hives.  Be cautious of sedation with zyrtec.
