i've done three hiv test, with all negative. i still feel obligated to keep taking more to put my mind at ease. should i still be worried?

Nucleic acid test: I trust that you not engaged in high risk behavior. Ask ofr HIV nucleic acid test. If it is negative at three months after your last likely exposure to HIV, you do not need to test more. 
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.

i went to spa 23 days back, there is a pimple on my back which is bleeding, the therapist massaged on that pimple with oil, 18 days after the incident i went to hiv test which is negative, but still am suffering from fever, is there any chance of hiv?

Stop testing!: The 4th generation HIV tests are conclusive any time 4 weeks or more after the last possible exposure to the virus. All tests you had after that were unnecessary. For sure you don't have HIV.

2 part to other question, i tested negative at 135 days, having all this symptoms still test negative im a negative? or should still worry about 5 month and 6 month hiv test to come out positive? does a 4.5 hiv negative test turn positive later?

: The symptoms of HIV are not caused by the virus itself, but by the immune response to it. The immune response produces antibody. Therefore, it is NEVER possible to have HIV symptoms if an antibody test is negative. You do not have HIV; but even if you did, it is not the cause of any symptoms you have now or will ever have in the future. No exceptions. Move on; no more question about it please.

Reassuring: Although a negative test 1 year after exposure is very reassuring, if there has been continued exposure, frequent testing is indicated. Typically, a patient converts and becomes HIV positive within 6 months after exposure.

does getting a non-reactive result on an hiv test mean negative? even with that result can you still be infected?

Yes, : Yes, non-reactive is negative.  But you need to know a little more.  There are two main ways of looking for HIV infection--by looking for the body's response to the virus (antibody tests) and looking directly for the virus.  In the case of antibody tests (such as elisa and western blot) it may take 6-12 weeks to become "positive" (or rarely up to 6 months), so you can be "non-reactive" shortly after catching the disease, but still be harboring it.  The test for the virus itself becomes positive much earlier in an infection, but is not generally described as "non-reactive" when it is negative.

im worried i may have contracted hiv from performing oral sex back on august 20th. ive had four 4th generation hiv test since then, most recently last monday at 80 days post incident, and tested negative. but im still worried i have it?

took a 4gen hiv test 9 weeks after unprotected sex. results were negative. do i still need to do a follow up test?

Yes.: This initial result is certainly encouraging, but you may want to repeat the test at the 3, 6 and 12 month marks after this contact, assuming you have no further suspicious contacts in the interim.  And be careful out there!
