Probably not: HIV takes time to alter your immune system. These would not be apparent in this short amount of time. However I would see a physician to find out what is causing these symptom. In all likelihood its a simple virus not HIV

Rash and HIV: Certainly HIV disease can give you a fever and enlarged lymph nodes AND A FEVER.  But so do many other diseases, many of them benign viral diseases.  Instead of worrying and guessing, better to go see the doctor and get tested.  Hope that helps.

Cough: Why not just think it is an upper respiratory infection? If you have had unprotected, risky sex then testing is worth it, but maybe it is simply the "common cold.".

Please be retested at 6 months and have your physician explore other reasons for enlarged lymph nodes and rashes such as other systemic viral syndromes. I hope your negative result was correct. Be extra careful to use preventive measures from now on, condoms, truvada, (emtricitabine and tenofovir) caution in choosing a partner such as mutual hiv tests first with shared result
