: I'd like to know the diagnosis for which levofloxin was prescribed. Was it nongonococcal urethritis,prostatitis,bladder infection? Get hiv  testing 3 weeks , 3 months&amp;6 months after exposure.

For example, there is an autoimmune condition called reiter's syndrome, which is a reactive arthritis triggered by an infection in the body, usually the intestines, urinary tract, or genitals.  An association between reither's and HIV is known to occur.  You should definitely followup.

No pus cells in urine from one infected with renal TB is unlikely - provided urine is collected and processed properly. To verify TB in urinary tract requires urine staining and culture for TB bacilli, and imaging studies...
