Of the milliions of people infected worldwide in the 30+ years of hte known HIV/AIDS epidemic, none are known to have been acquired by kissing. Among other things, saliva kills HIV -- which is one reason why oral sex also carries little or no risk of HIV.

No way to study it: If one person in a couple has HIV, then the other person might catch HIV. So, the most important question is, "Who has HIV?" If neither person has HIV, then French kissing all week will still not lead to any HIV, as you can't get something from nothing. Adults interacting with others may do annual HIV screening. Non-bloody oral activities are not expected to transmit HIV unless people are unlucky.

Relax buddy: The immature granulocytes are probably from the asthma steroids you're using. Congratulations on the deep kissing and the other stuff. You can get infectious mono from kissing, and gonorrhea from the other stuff, but not HIV or cancer (short-term; there's oral HPV). This isn't the labwork of acute HIV or cancer anyway. Cherish the memory of your visit to the bar, and use a condom for that stuff.

Nucleic acid test: As I suggested earlier, get HIV nucleic acid test at 12 weeks after exposure to rule out HIV infection. 
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.

Possibly: But not likely.  This depends on many factors, including whether he has HIV disease and whether he is being treated, whether he has high HIV counts in his saliva, or was bleeding as well.  The better question is why are your gums bleeding  either you need to see a dentist or a blood diseases specialist.  If you are afraid of hiv, go get tested.

don't understand: I don't quite understand what you are asking. I believe that where ever there is fluid transfer during sexual activity there is a least a slim chance of transmission.  If concerned, see you doctor and get appropriate testing.
