Taste buds: Nope. Those are taste buds. And maybe a bit if a dry tongue. You are not in any way describing an HIV infection.

Go see your HIV doc: Best to go see your HIV doc for complete evaluation. In meantime, set an alarm on your smartphone to remind you when to take your meds. Or ask your HIV doc for a simpler regimen.

ive had multiple negative std panel test throughout the year after sex but i have symptoms like bumps on back of my neck and rash on arm that keeps reappearing. is it safe to say its not from the sexual exposure? hiv negative 8 times am i safe?

: The lesions you describe are likely not related to sexual exposure.Try a moisturizer with Lactic acid 12% daily.It may soften the bumps that, from the description, might be Keratosis pilaris associated with a tendency to have eczema. The safest protection from STD's &amp;HIV is abstinence.The 2nd way is safe sex.Be sure to practice every step of safe sex, not only get tested.If at risk,go to the Doc.

Likely a : yeast infection can treat with Diflucan (fluconazole). If you have a documented Positive HIV....then this is a symptom of suppressed immune.

Get tested: If you think you may have been exposed to HIV, take a HIV nucleic acid test. If the result is negative, repeat the test in 6 months. If it is negative then, you would be free of HIV. The red bumps warrant an examination to diagnose.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

NO: Symptoms of HIV generally take months to years to be noticeable.

Generally, 2-4 weeks after exposure an HIV patient may experience symptoms consistent with generalized illness such as fatigue, aches cough or sore throat.  The characteristic infections associated with aids take months/years to become noticeable.

No: Unless you had intravenous drug use or other high risk behavior you do not have HIV. The bumps on the back of your tongue are taste buds, Cold sores are a common occurrence in normal people. If you are over the thrush, it is not an issue.

can take prep to prevent hiv? i am a sexually active heterosexual male,but am positive for hsv 1/2 from igm test after i had 3/4 bumps on my top pubic area.those came back twice already same spot.can i take prep like the day of sex? or to have daily?

: IgM HSV testing is unreliable and you do not necessarily have HSV. Whether or not you should take PrEP to prevent HSV depends on the types and frequency of sexual exposure you have. HSV2 (but not HSV1) elevates the risk of HIV if sexually exposed, but whether or not you have HSV makes no difference in PrEP decisions. Get proper testing (IgG, not IgM) to better judge your herpes situation.

i had a 4 week and 8 week hiv test come back negative. i still have soar throat and swollen tonsils with bumps on them what can it be?

Get checked for: both strept and chrinic tonsillitis. I would suggest a n ENT evaluation. Additionally, sore throat is not a primary finding in hIV disease and condoms will prevent this anxiety.
