HIV condom: Condom use will decrease but hard to say how likely your risk is.  Risk is also about your sexual habits but condom use will help protect you it may not eliminate all risk.  Any concerns get a HIV test done.

Not additional tests: Adults can get periodic screening for HIV, just like they get periodic screeing for colon cancer and high cholesterol. Just because a person gets blood on her hands does not mean additional testing is needed. Generally, if there is a high risk exposure to some contagious disease (one's primary care doctor can help define "high risk" after an incident), additional tests can be done.

Now and in 6 months: Get tested now and repeat the tests in 6 months. It would be good to get nucleic acid tests for both HIV and HCV.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.

Always unsure...: Any fresh breakdown of natural barriers - skin or mucosa by frictions through sex, may pose risk for body fluid exchange leading to virus transmission like that for HIV, hepatitis-B &amp; C, etc. So, be tested for HIV or STDs in 1 month if high-risk factors present in you like known past infection in partners, multiple partners, homo..., anal sex, etc. Besides, be counseled timely for now and later.

Sure, but no...: Many things are possible in life, which means the question "Can this happen?" is not useful because the answer is almost always yes, even if the chances of it happening are 1 in a million or 1 in a billion. The real question is "How likely is this to happen?"  HIV infections have been too many on Earth since the 1980's... and they are easily preventable. People don't get them by typical oral sex.
