is there an explanation for ectopic pregnancies if there was no history of pid?

Transmigration: The phenomenon occurs when fertilizarion occurs let's say on the left and the embrio drops out if the frimbrial end of the tube and migrates to the right tube. In the meantime the embrio is replicating and may be to big to make it to the uterine cavity. It gets stucked in the tube, ectopic pregnancy.

i have a history of pid i been having abdominal pain eva since that i go back & forth to the doctors but they don't tell me nothing what's wrong ?

See a specialist: If you have not seen a gynecologist you should consider it - you did not say when the pid occurred or if it was fully treated.   If you are concerned you might consider seeing a gynecologist for a second opinion although any well trained family doctor should be able to diagnose, treat and followup with pid.

Irregular periods: Irregular periods are one of the most common problems obgyns treat. If this is one time problem it usually resolves on its own. If this is a recurring problem you should be evaluated. Infections &amp;  hormonal changes can cause spotting. If there is a concern for pregnancy then do  a home pregnancy test .  There are many options available to help regulate the menstrual cycle. Schedule a visit.

Yes: Yes, however if they had to remove a fallopian tube your chances of pregnancy are lower. This is because you will only have a successful ovulation every other month.

Hematuria: It is not clear as to whether the blood in your urine is actually from vaginal contamination of the specimen. It is always possible that you could have a STD, since if you are having unprotected sex this is always a risk. Do not know what test was negative, but would advise you to see a doctor, provide a full detailed history and be re-examined, diagnosed and treated if necessary.

PAIN: Pain is the body's way saying that something is wrong.  There are a lot of reasons for pelvic pain.  Recent PID can cause scar tissue that hurts.  It could be recurrent infection.  It could be other inflamitory process in the tub such as a tubal pregnancy.  It could also be related to the intestines.  You need to see your physician, the sooner the better.

See a gynecologist: Although this may be an ovarian cyst, other problems may be present. Having had your period a tubal pregnancy is less likely, but it sounds as if there is an ongoing inflammatory process in your pelvis.  You need to be seen, examined and tested appropriately, and this may include imaging studies (ultrasound, etc.)  good luck.

Peace of mind: This could be anything from normal GI problem to  pregnancy problems.  In the end, you should be evaluated since you're pregnant.

Unusual: Anything is possible, but this is quite rare. You may not have been aware of having been given an STD and may want to go and be checked carefully for others. Best wishes.
