on both hands my fingers get tingling,ru6ght hip pain,right foot and toe discoloration ,had sev tests and do have minor narrowing near ankle,right eyelid is swollen every morning also. any specific tests i can ask for to get a doc to find the cause?

: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor and discuss if you may be depressed. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated. Drink more water. Wish you good health!

Possible labral tear: If you have had a n injury, labral problems are a possibility.  Less likely would be arthritis, given your age.  If it is in the way, an MRI with contrast will show the problem.  A plain xray will rule out arthritis.

Increased pain with or after movement (especially weight-bearing activity), and improvement after rest, suggests a structural joint problem such as osteoarthritis. By comparison, constant hip pain, especially pain at night, suggests infection, inflammation, or cancer. Orthopedic and rheumatologic doctors can help.

See a doctor: As a foot doctor i would examine for flatfeet, but other arthritic conditions are possibilities other than biomechanical origin.

Need an evaluation: This needs an orthopedic evaluation. It sonds like some degree of possble joint instability but will need an interview and examination and very likely imaging studies to really get to the issues here.
