Anemia: It could be a combination of low rbc count vs low heme (iron ) vs defective globin which is hte protein component of the hemoglobin. Talk to your docotr as each has a different treatment.

Poor nutrition: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, it appears that you may be deficient in iron, folic acid and/or B12. It would be prudent to consult your doctor for the proper treatment. In the meantime you could start taking oral iron supplements and multivitamin with B12.

Thal minor, I bet: This is quite common and is usually caused by beta-thalassemia minor. Any competent general physician can do the workup to confirm it. If you do have thal minor, and you marry someone else who has it, the double-dose can cause you to have a child with thal major, which is horrible. Otherwise, it's a total non-problem. Best wshes.

Yes: One of the problems of giant hemangiomas of the liver is that there is a tendency to rupture which could result in massive blood loss.  I would expect that if present in the rt. location (lobe) of the liver it is best handled by resection.  Otherwise interventional radiology should do a hepatic angiogram and thrombose the arterial segment feeding the lesion.

2. There are some medical conditions in which there is more rbc's like polycythemia.
3. Other are more physiologic, like training at high altitude that atheletes do before performance.
Risk of stroke with slugging of rbcs is seen with severe dehydration/polycythemia as well.

A lot: Could mean dehydration, sometimes can signify a myeloproliferative disorder.  Also if the hemoglobin is low and the rbcs are high, could mean there is a blood disorder called thalassemia.  Either way, it should be evaluated.  Hope this helps.
