How high?: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, it would have helped to have the actual results for the cell counts.

Not enough info!: Any lab result, by itself, is not very useful.  Some lab results can be normal in very sick people.  Well people can have some abnormal lab results at times.  So it depends on how you are feeling, why the test was taken, and whether the blood was collected &amp; stored properly as well as the quality of the lab doing the test!  Are you feeling bad?  Why was the test done?  What did your doc say?

Probably nothing: Are you talking percents or absolute numbers?  Is the total WBC count normal?  It is not uncommon or significant to have a high lymph percent and low neut percent.

% vs abs: A complete blood count w differential counts not only the total number of white blood cells (wbc), but also the absolute # (abs)of the different types of wbc, &amp; the % of the total wbc each type makes up. It is therefore possible to have a normal number but an abnormal %. Not necessarily sign of disease, but what it means depends on reason checked, your med history, what usual is for you, etc.
