TSH: Along with TSH your doctor should check Free T4 and Free T3 (liothyronine) at least every 4-6 months.

Check free T4: The most common cause for having a high total T4 and T3 (liothyronine) level, with a normal tsh, is being on a birth control pill.  Being on a birth control pill raises binding proteins that affect thyroid levels, but the biologically active thyroid level remains normal.  This is best measured by a free T4 level.

Need TSH: The TSH level is the best indicator of your actual thyroid function. If normal, you likely do not have a thyroid problem.  If you are on birth control pills, this can cause high T4 and T3 (liothyronine) levels even though the TSH is normal and there is no thyroid problem.

lately, i was found with minor high level of thyroid.i workout and i drink whey protein shakes..so is it safe to take whey in thyroid disorder?

No iodine: The only dietary restriction for most people with mildly high thyroid levels is to avoid excess iodine, typically found in seaweed or kelp.  Whey protein is derived from milk products and does not have excess iodine, so it is safe.

i have a thyroid disorder at 15 i was given radiation pill. now at 26 i have nogules and a lesion. would this cause my b12, d, & rbc to be low?

No: Vitamin deficiencies and low blood counts are not related to thyroid disease. Your nodules may be related to the thyroid diseases you had previously.

Investigate: Nerve damage to the peripheral nerves can cause this even if the thyroid is normal. Also certain allergic reactions could give this symptom, or a metabolic disorder. Would continue to have it evaluated by your primary care doctor.

Yes, in some cases: Anytime there is chronic inflammation in a part of the body, that increases cell turnover and the risk of cancer is increased. This is true of most organ systems in the body. The relative risk depends on many things, such as the specific nature of the thyroid disorder, how it was/is treated and whether or not there is ongoing inflammation in the gland. I suggest discussing this with endocrinology.

is it all right to take methimazole tablet (10 mg) thrice a day and multivitamine for thyroid disorder?

Yes: I assume you have an overactive (hyperthyroid) thyroid.  Methimazole is a long acting medication that typically is taken once or twice a day.  The total dose of 30 mg daily may be appropriate, especially early after diagnosis.  The multivitamin is probably of no benefit, but it won't hurt unless it contains high amounts of iodine.

Yes, stress can: Cause problems with sleep. Have thyroid regularly monitored. Use good sleep hygiene. 1. Keep regular bed ; wakening time (includes weekends). Get up same time daily. 
2. Make a regular, relaxing bedtime routine: warm bath or shower, aromatherapy, reading, or listening to gentle music. 
3. Sleep in dark, quiet, cool room w comfortable mattress ; pillows. 	
4. Use bedroom only for sleep ; sex.  Put.
