Usually viral: those numbers are consisitent with a low grade viral infection. Follow up with your private physician.

Unlikely: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, it would have helped to have the actual numbers rather than high/low.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Need more info.: It would be useful to know the actual values and also the levels of other blood components. It would be preferably to discuss the results with the doctor who ordered the test as s/he has more info on your health and lab tests need to be interpreted in the clinical context.

Lab work: No this is not a sign of RA. However, I don't know what the rest means as I deal with numbers not with arbitrary highs and lows.  What is considered high and low "by the lab" may be considered normal by a doctor or not.  We pay attention to the clinical condition with the numbers to consider its significance.  There are some numbers reported by labs that have no meaning at all to us.

... Immunization..: The "sudden wide spread rash" could be allergy of some sort, however the high lymphocyte count and low neutrophil count suggest Viral infection. If one has not received all his/her Immunizations; Measles for example, that should be considered. Best to see the PCP or Dermatologist for proper diagnosis and management.

Lab finding by: itself is not too concerning.  But enlarged lymph node, depending on size and if it feels indurated, can be sign of serious viral infection or rarely even lymphoma.  Ask your doctor whether a lymph node biopsy might become necessary.

Maybe: Stress can and does affect the immune system and will mildly alter WBC as well as blood glucose. Also there is usually some variability from one lab to the next. Outside of other symptoms that might suggest another cause like an infection or blood disorder, it is reasonable to wait a bit and repeat the test - in the meantime try to manage the anxiety

BASICS: Random blood test values are of little value as listed. The eosinophil count is high but usually reflects allergies or  a parasite. Leukemia and or lymphoma are not evident on these lab values but could be expected by other unreported lab data and an exam. You should discuss your concerns with the docs who have access to all your lab/history &amp; exam findings.
