Maybe UTI: I assume you’re talking about a urinalysis. Leukocytes in the urine = pus in the urine. Usually (but not always) caused by a UTI. Nitrites in the urine are produced by a specific type of bacteria (Enterobacteriacae). If you have infection caused by a different type of bacteria, leukocytes will be (+), nitrites (-).

Leukocytes in urine: WBCs are present in response to almost any form of inflammation. It sounds as if you have a UTI if the urine was collected by a clean midstream catch. If not, the yeast may have present in the urine through contamination from the vaginal secretions and if you have Candida vulvovaginitis that is probably the explanation. Hope this helps.

Metronidazole: It is always possible to get secondary yeast infections with any antibiotic therapy, but would hold off on using fluconazole until the infection appears, assuming it does.

Increased effect: Amlodipine increases the levels and the effect of Diflucan, (fluconazole) which in your cases, taking just one diflucan (fluconazole), (fluconazole) should have an enhancing effect of the diflucan (fluconazole) in treating the yeast infection.

See a Provider: May still have yeast.  May need to use an oral medication to get rid of it.  There are other vaginal creams that are more effective than Monistat.  Are you eating yogurt or taking a Probiotic?  Since yeast lives in the gut, this may also be helpful.  If you are still bothered, see a provider and check it out.

I am concerned: You are 30 weeks and high risk, you need to be comfortable sending any and all questions to your doctor or midwife. This is a good question here but a risk this is not yeast. Any uncertainty is unacceptable in your situation.  If anyone at the other end of the phone acts annoyed with your questions that is their problem, not yours.
