However, what you described suggests lack adequate water intake. Drink enough water daily so that your urine is mostly colorless.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Lab results : The answer is in the details. More details are needed to answer this question best. I wonder if you have diabetes insipidus (not diabetes with sugar problems) that makes you lose excessive amounts of water. If you have diabetes insipidus you would be urinating more than 4 liters a day, often thirsty and have a tendency towards dehydration.

: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, most of the high values could be due to dehydration. Drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless. Negative 4 gen rules out HIV from exposure.

Suspect other cause: TyphiDOT IgG or IgM is reported to be 100 percent accurate for identifying an acute infection.  If the IgM test alone was done, it could be that the test needs to be repeated.  If you clinically appear to have typhoid fever your doctor will want to retest or treat.  See your doctor, you may have another type of infection

By itself, nothing: You're a young man and your somewhat high Hct may simply be you -- reference ranges are set so that several percent of folks fall outside on either end. Same for white count. The oral thrush, if proven, calls for a check for a few illnesses; the hands, a neuropathy workup perhaps. Labs are meaningful only in the context of clinical fnidings. Your physician owes you a full explanation.

Share some real: Numbers.  A low lymph percent means nothing.  Rbc count is less meaningful than the hemoglobin (HGB) or hematocrit (hct). How high is igm?

why would i have low b12, high rbc and high platelets? why does my doctors test results say high on them but google has many different ranges for what high is? my labs have shown them as high for years but no one has ever said anything?

: Each lab has it's own "range" of high/low based on the equipment they use and other factors. There will be some similarity similarity  in the expected values. You will need to ask the doc who interpreted your tests what this issue means for you. Google is a good way to find a training video or gas station. Health information, not so much.
