Aseptic meningitis: Headaches and stiff neck could be symptoms of meningitis. There are actually many forms of meningitis- the bacterial forms being the most worrisome. Given the tongue sores and the laryngitis I suspect a virus, but I would still recommend you go to an ER or doctor now to be evaluated properly. True Tylenol (acetaminophen) will bring down a fever but it's only a BandAid and it sounds like you need real treatment.

It's possible: There are enteroviruses (stomach viruses) that cause hand-foot-mouth disease. Coxsackie virus is a common cause of hfm and can infect both children and adults. Patients get mouth sores, from a few to many sores, and have pain with eating and drinking. The number of rash bumps on the palms, soles, hands, feet, arms, legs, and butt areas vary among patients and among different coxsackie strains.

Take her to MS: She needs to be examined by her Pediatrician. May be it is Viral infection. But wants proper advise how to treat. And prevent Dehydration. And any other complication.

Probably not: High fever is not related to teething - period. She may have a viral mouth/throat infection. In my part of the country we have been seeing a lot of hand/foot/mouth disease right now. Even at her young age, we occasionally see strep in the summer. But in this young girl, a "high fever" is worth a trip to the doc or urgent care - just don't blame her teeth.
