Pain in cheek for several weeks. nil fevers. now blood in saliva. no mouth sores. voice changes. difficult swollowing. what are possible causes?

Get Checked ASAP: Changes in voice and swallowing difficulty may indicate a serious infection. The infection may or may not be dentally related. I would recommend medical attention right away.

See a dentist ASAP: Unlike some other types of infection, a dental abscess will not get better on its own and must be treated by a dentist. Do not delay.
