even though i felt cold all day my body heat when i touch my skin all over its extremely hot. what can cause such high heat if i don't have a fever?

Heat-related illness: In warm/hot climates, if temp + humidity get high enough, body can't cool off via sweating & body temp rises leading to heat cramps or even heat stroke. Problem made worse of u take psych meds or meds for leg cramps. Keep hydrated. Get out of heat. Cool showers. If temp over 103º call ambulance. Monitor daily heat index for days to stay in a/c.

Not certain:  Are you lying down on memory foam? It can retain more body heat than many other materials.

Hot flashes: At your age, the most likely cause of this is hot flashes secondary to menopause. Menopause is when women no longer menstruate or produce female hormones, which can lead to hot flashes and other signs (mood wings, irritability, trouble sleeping, loss of libido, vaginal dryness)

Could be many things: She needs to get checked out. Touch is not a very good test of temperature since it is dependent on feeling the difference between tow objects. A more objective test might be required. Also, a simple body temperature reading like temporal or oral temperature would be more objective. A complete exam with possibly some lab tests like a blood count and cmp may also help sort out what is going on.

Thyroid?: This could potentially be a thyroid issue. If you are intolerant to heat, losing weight, not sleeping this would lead me to believe that this is your thyroid. None the less it may be of benefit to be evaluated for a metabolic problem.

Doctor can check: Rashes and spots are difficult to describe or visualize in words. Widespread spots may be part of an allergic reaction, or viral or bacterial infection. Tiny blisters can be chicken pox or folliculitis. Bluish or purplish spots may be blood spots and may need blood tests. Sometimes, spots have unknown causes. His doctor or dermatologist can examine both him and the rash, to find a diagnosis.

Achey: A body temperature of 35.5C is consistent with a temp of 95.9 F which is actually low.  This could mean your thermometer is off.  However, some people when they get sick will actually get a lower temperature.  Either way you are achey and feel bad.  I recommend you get checked.
