Not per se!: High blood protein can indicate one of two things, most commonly: 1. Stress. Vascular arterial constriction will increase protein and hemoglobin. 2. This is more likely. High proteins usually indicate high globulins, not albumin, a healthy protein.  Globulins equate with inflammation, which is bad. Therefore it is important to find out why you have elevated proteins, which can be done simply!

Anything: A high total protein (tp) can be related to cancer (or many types) or an inflammatory state. I would not make the general statement that high blood protein is a marker for hodgkins lymphoma. Also a high tp on a blood test would not even suggest i look for lymphoma. It would suggest looking for the cause and possibly ordering an spep test.

Sjogren possible: But not likely with high serum protein. There is a condition called primary biliary cirrhosis that is associated with Sjogren and certain drugs used for Sjogren can potentially affect liver as well. Best thing to do is to see/talk to a rheumatologist.

Anything Is possible: There are numerous possible causes. Have your doctor order a serum protein electrophoresis blood test. If there is no monoclonal spike then myeloma is ruled out.

UTI or Kidney stones: Most likely due to urinary tract infection or kidney stones. Other possibilities are  any condition related to other organs in the pelvic area.

Kidney stone?: I strongly suspect you have a kidney stone that has become infected. A kidney cancer is unlikely at age 28 and you need a workup to get at the cause and get you treated. (there are a few other possibilities.).

May be: Urinary tract infection. High RBC may be related to dehydration, smoking, polycythemia, etc. Need more lab information
