Diabetic kidney: These are signs of emerging diabetic kidney disease and likely fatty liver from diabetes.  Is concerning.  High Microalbumin/creatinine ratio indicates albumin leak into urine from overt diabetic kidney change. The low eGFR indicates kidney impairment. The low anion gap reflects low albumin in blood and would indicate high spillage of albumin into urine. High A1c indicates poor glucose control.

Consider...: ...The possibility of a genetic or metabolic disease which will create excess anions (the anion "gap"). Examples would include Lactic Acid built up in cells that undergo anaerobic metabolism, or acids that build up such as ketoacids in the face of diabetes. A 2 vessel cord suggests a kidney or genetic anomaly and should have a genetics and nephrology evaluation.

i recently had some blood test done..creatinine came back as 1.6, bun is 19, glucose on the high side.....all other measurements are witin the range except for anion gap.  anion gap is 13, slightly above range.  what does this all mean?

Hard to say: Without knowing your past medical history and past testing.  But from what you mention your testing suggest some element of kidney dysfunction.  It's not clear if it's chronic or acute.  But you should reach out to your doctor if you have questions too. He/she will know you vest to be able to give you the most accurate description of what's going on.

what amylase level is too high for female? what can be problems if also high bun/creatinine ratio, high anion gap, and high direct bilirubin?

Why do you ask?: Amylase kay be very high without being a problem because of a harmless variant called macroamylasemia. The ratio is useful only to explain other abnormals is obvious disease. Same is basically true if the gap. If you feel well, slightly high direct bilirubin may be meds or a minir metabolic glitch. Your physician is your best guide.

See below: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, your lab values appear normal. Glucose is lower than normal but if you do not have symptoms, it would be better to leave it alone.

Looks like low blood: You have a low MCV and mchc.  Your RDW is high and your anion gap and creatinine are normal.  It looks like with your high RDW and other low blood results that you've got some anemic process going on.  The high RDW could mean that there is a destructive process to your red cells as this shows a great difference in the size of your red cells.  It would help to see your dr. And get a blood smear.

Metabolic Acidosis: In medicine, metabolic acidosis is a condition that occurs when the body produces too much acid or when the kidneys are not removing enough acid from the body. If unchecked, metabolic acidosis leads to acidemia, i.e., blood ph is low (less than 7.35) due to increased production of hydrogen by the body or the inability of the body to form bicarbonate (sodium bicarbonate) (hco3-) in the kidney.

Depends: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, it is of concern as it represents a disorder of the acid-base balance. You may visit this site for info, however, it would be prudent to discuss it with your doctor.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.
