Alk phos: Children and teens run alk phos levels up to five times the top of the reference range. Around 5% of older adults run high alk phos for no obvious reason. This is a lab value, not something you treat. It's merely there to point to possible causes if you get sick. In this respect it's very different from SGOT/AST and SGPT/ALT, which if high generally point to serious illness.

my 4 year old child has babinski reflex. can this be normal? she is otherwise bright and healthy except for low body weight and high alp as a baby.

Stop worrying: Quite a few people have Babinski's. Even assuming that this is not just withdrawal -- in a true Babinski, the other four toes fan out while the big one goes up -- it doesn't necessarily mean anything. When you're asleep, you have a Babinski. If the child is walking and talking and developing normally, that's fine. There's no real "normal" alk phos for a child -- it's often quite high.

Not a lot.: These are rather bland numbers.  There is nothing that comes to mind, but nothing has been excluded either.  Would need some context to be able to make better sense out of these.

Alk phos, right?: Alkaline phosphatase is often above normal in certain healthy folks who've eaten recently. Its lone elevation in a healthy person seldom leads to discovery of significant illness. If your transaminases are up also, it's time to look for hep b and c, and also hemochromatosis, wilson's, and autoimmune hepatitis.

Is that all?: I'm going to assume that your have no signs or symptoms and other labs are fine. Many folks run a high alk phos, and some folks' spikes up if they're not fasting. If your physician is not worried, I woulnd't be either.

Need to see doctor: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, at least some of your results are outside the normal range and you should consult a doctor for an evaluation.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Many issues: There could be many things wrong with your baby. YOU MUST SEE A PEDIATRICIAN as soon as possible.
A visit to the nearest Emergency facility would be the best thing for you to do TODAY!

Viral infection : Viral infections can cause changes or elevation of liver functions. You should get rechecked in 2 weeks to make sure it's reversed back to normal. If persists your doctor should look for other causes

Large fatty liver: What were your lipids? What is your B12? vgetarian?   Increased bili  is  seen in low B12 and NAFLD is associated.. Also  unconjugated bili is from hemolysis ( meds or G6PD-middle east), B- thalessemia( congenital),  medications,  diseases affecting  conjugation( Gilbert's-Mediterranean ) Exposed to chemicals? carbon tetrachloride medications? gemfibrizol?   Would avoid tylenol (acetaminophen) f/u/ w /doc
