Dysplasia: If you had a supracervical hysterectomy it means you have high grade cervical pre cancer or dysplasia.  If your cervix is absent they probably meant vain (vaginal intraepithelial neoplasia).

Cervix and Pap Smear: Cin 3 is not a diagnosis of cancer. Cancer is cin 5. But, this represents that you are at risk of getting cancer and your physicians will urgently put you through all of the necessary testing and procedures to make sure you do not get cancer.  Please be reassured, but also vigilant to follow completely all of the advice of your treating physicians.

Cone biopsy?: If this was a conization biopsy, there is an excellent chance she has a cure and simply needs to be followed for possible recurrence.

i had a loop biopsy over a month ago and i'm bleeding slightly after sex is this normal i had cin3 precancerous cells prior to the loop biopsy ?

Need for examination: It is not normal for you to bleed after sex a month after the biopsy. It is not urgent but at your next appointment with the gynecologist do mention this so that s/he may examine your cervix for erosion or any other lesion.

Cevical Dysplasia: It means abnormal biopsy result  and there is cervical dysplasia also called cervical intraepithelial neoplasia caused by hpv virus
it is a premalignant transformation and abnormal growth of squamous cells on the cervix.Most cases are stable and clear itself by hosts immune system.But small percentage progress to cause cevical cancer.Cin3 needs treatment to destroy the neoplastic cervical cells.

Usually nothing: If the pap smear is normal and the HPV test is negative then inflammation does not change the management decisions. Your doctor will need to go over your specific case as they will know the entire story

Not all removed: The leep excision must have left some dysplastic cell behind. This is not a rare situation even when the margins appear negative under the microscope (5-10%). A repeat colonoscopy with biopsies and sampling the canal is a good idea. A second leep may be needed.

Not necessarily: Please follow-up with your gyn as recommended.  Cin3 is not cancer. The suggestion of invasion is worrisome, i agree, but it does not prove you have cancer.  Your doctor will most likely recommend a procedure to remove a bit more of your cervical tissue for analysis/treatment.  Depending on what they see, they will make further recommendations (you may or may not need additional testing/treatment).

See below: The bleeding is unrelatded to the pap smear in the past.  You should tell your gyn of the history you have so she can decide whehter or not to order an hpv test.  She also needs to find out why you are having this episode of bleeding.

i was diagnosed with cin1 on march. did biopsy on may and its cin1-cin2. did cone biopsy on june30 and they found cin3. can the progress be this fast?

No: What you probably had was different lesions at different stages of dysplasia. CIN lesions usually progress slowly but it's possible for one cervix to have lesions at different stages of progression towards cancer. I am glad your lesions were excised. Good luck.
