I think likely you'll be ok. I would check the ingredients of the sticker remover to see if there are any harmful components - most of the time these products are non-toxic. Very shallow foreign objects will be "grown/pushed" out of the skin layer over time. Deeper foreign objects will get "walled off" and you may feel a hard lump under your skin. Hope this helps!

diaphragm spasm: Side 'stitch' is a common slang term for diaphgram spasm which occurs while running or during vigorous activitiy.  The diaphragm expands and contracts during normal breathing.  When you exercise, the movement is exagerated and a spasm may occur which feels like something poking you in your side.

Contact dermatitis: You may have developed a contact dermatitis.  Steroid creams can help with this. the one caution is that in some people (especially dark skinned) the steroid may have a whitening effect, so use caution not to get the opposite effect and be too light in that area.  You can always see a dermatologist to be definitive in the diagnosis and treatment, Good luck.

If the blood pressure is consistently high in a young person, evaluation for treatable causes of secondary hypertension may be indicated.

Tegretol: Grapefruit juice might increase how much carbamazepine (Tegretol) the body absorbs. Drinking grapefruit juice while taking carbamazepine might increase the effects and side effects of carbamazepine.
