Contact dermatitis: You may have developed a contact dermatitis. Steroid creams can help with this. the one caution is that in some people (especially dark skinned) the steroid may have a whitening effect, so use caution not to get the opposite effect and be too light in that area. You can always see a dermatologist to be definitive in the diagnosis and treatment, Good luck.
