Yes: Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is a multisystem autoimmune connective tissue disorder with various clinical presentations. You may need a spinal tap to examine the fluid for evidence of white cells, protein and antibody.

Not a known symptom: Although fibromyalgia, frequently occurring with depression, has many symptoms including fatigue, agitation, chronic but waxing/waning and diffuse pain, sleep disturbance, headache/jaw pain, abdominal/urinary symptoms, and some may have conigtive problem etc.. Depends: This is a very general question that is not answerable directly because there are many types of speech problems.  Strokes, seizures or tumors, also developmental disabilities, and neurological diseases such as multiple sclerosis can all cause speech problems and there are many others.  Speech is different from language and many people often confuse a problem with one for a problem with the other.

Maybe: More details are needed but in theory injury to the recurrent laryngeal nerve from a puncture wound could lead to hoarseness.  It would be uncommon as an isolated injury as there are many other important structures nearby that would also likely be injured.

Not true: Not true that strokes primarily affect speech. Symptoms of stroke include speech changes, weakness/paralysis, decreased sensation, confusion, memory problems, vision changes, etc. The most visible symptoms of stroke are muscle weakness which may or may not include speech - because they are fed by the middle cerebral artery which feeds most of the cerebrum. However, you can have "silent" strokes.
