Many possibilities: Lumps, bumps, blisters and other skin abnormalities on the genitals need to be evaluated. An examination will be needed to know the cause and treatment.  Yeast and herpes can both cause these symptoms. A doctor should be able to tell the difference by looking. If not testing can be done

: The mucosal lesions on genitalia described is more likely to be caused by HPV (Human Papilloma Virus).

Different things: Herpes is a virus doesn't cause abscess. You poss have a bacterial infection poss  incision and drainage and antibiotics. See ob-gyn, meantime warm compresses.

: What to you mean by "cut"? If you were injured at that site, that's probably the cause. If you have a genital ulcer -- i.e. an open sore -- herpes may be possible. See a doctor or clinic ASAP:  herpes diagnosis is much easier and more accurate if a lesion is no more than a few days old. A single genital ulcer also is typical for syphilis. For sure get checked soon. Good luck.

Unlikely: If it does not blister first each time and No sexual genital contact, unlikely to be herpes.
If a bump only, is  more likely a follicular cyst.

For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.
