They can also cause difficulty eating, weight loss, and anemia, and sometimes heartburn and vomiting. Small hiatal hernias do not cause pain. An upper GI contrast study can tell the difference. Chest pain possible: Hiatal hernias can certainly cause chest discomfort but I would think palpitations would seem less likely to be directly related to the hernia. You are doing the right thing by having a stress test and would certainly do any other cardiac tests recommended.  If you believe you are having more severe symptoms or new ones I would seek emergency attention.

Chest pain: There are many causes of chest pain and not all of them relate to the heart. You should discuss your symptoms with the doctors who know you and ask them to explain what the possibilities are for you given the normal cardiac catheterization.

Its possible: Depends on the size of the hernia. It also depends on the characteristics if the pain. Could also be esophageal spasm. Ask your doctor if an esophageal Manometry test is appropriate, and/or a referral to a GI doctor. Hope this helps!

Could be: Large hiatal hernias, also known as para esophageal hernias, commonly mimick cardiac pain. They can be diagnosed with an x-ray where you drink barium (esophagram) and/or upper endoscopy. The only treatment is surgical, typically using a laparoscopic approach.

Suggest diet: Hi there. Suggest continue with Trustan, add motilium and consider dietary modification. Surgical intervention should be last resort due to adverse side effects and possibility of failure of procedure.

Hernia: Wow. Sorry, if you are having chest pain each time you eat you really need to see your doctor. 
It is possible that this be a hiatal hernia 
of your stomach into your chest cavity.
But it can also be cardiac. 
You need a good  history and  physical.
Don't keep suffering in silence. It is most likely treatable
