In menopause: Fibroids are often asymptomatic. If they do not cause any symptoms, no treatment is necessary. They typically go away on their own when a woman goes in to menopause.

Not exactly: Fibroids are smooth muscle tumors usually of the uterus.  While there are no medicines that "dissolve" the fibroids, gnrh agonists such as Lupron (leuprolide) will cause them to shrink in premenopausal women because the medicine blocks estrogen production which is needed for them to grow. Also uterine artery embolizaton will usually cause shrinkage. Finally, MRI guided focused ultrasound can help remove them.

No: Fibroids may decrease in size after menopause. Diet or medications does not affect fibroids.

No: There are no herbs proven to help with fibroids. For that matter, there are no medications that permanently treat fibroids. Medications may provide temporary help with fibroids or help for years. Surgery is the only permanent cure for fibroids. For some women, their fibroids will shrink after menopause.

Unfortunately, NO..: There are options for treating your fibroids though.  The key question is whether you want to have any/more children.  If so, myomectomy is the procedure for you.  If not, you should consider uterine fiborid embolization (ufe).  You should consult your ob/gyn and an interventional radiologist to get the full spectrum of treatment options.

No: And birth control does not reduce the size of fibroids, the only med to reduce fibroid size is depo-lupron or surgery.

Worth a try with...: Your question got cut off, but I have no idea what they weigh- but not much! The supplements you mention may help but I advise a multivitamin that has the L-5-MTHF form of folate (folic acid). But those may not help much without other approaches including dietary changes.
