Different causes: The medial elbow pain experienced in the funny elbow could be an ulnar neuropathy, or a medial epicondylitis.  This will depend on other symptoms that might be experienced.  If nerve problem, then numbness and weakness also present.

The wrist pain could be referred from elbow or a separate problem.  "Small round bone" is not an accurate description of pain location so I cant be specific on causes

Xrays show bones: If someone has wrist pain for several years and the cause isn't clear it would be a good idea to be seen by a hand specialist.  Xrays only show bones and it is possible that there is a problem with a tendon or a ligament that is being missed because it wouldn't show on an xray.

Wrist pain: There may not be a cure if you do daily constant typing. You can try a wrist pad for your computer keyboard. Also try increasing your seat height which can relieve stress to the wrist.

See Ortho doc: 6 months of painful wrist tells you this is not going to heal,on its own. I cannot tell if this is the original injury, or a re injury from your information. An exam will make the correct diagnosis, and the doc can instruct you if your ergonomics are continuing thus problem, 
Use a wrist splint for comfort, and topicals (think Voltaren gel, lidocaine patches or ointment) until you are seen.

Need to be...: U need to be examined by an orthopedic surgeon. Don't know how old you are but your symptoms suggest early arthritis if you are middle aged.If younger, ulnar sided symptoms could involve the ligament complex(tfcc).Radial side wrist popping could be a scapholunate ligament injury, ganglion cyst or kienbock's disease.See an ors for exam and x-rays . Carpal tunnel syndro: After 2 years of wrist pain, it's time to go see your doctor. There's no way for an american doctor to "cure" you while you're in pakistan short of long-distance robotic surgery, so you'll need to see your local doctor to consider your options. Here in the states, we consider rest, splinting, nsaids, steroid injections, etc prior to surgical release.
