: The test indicates that you've either been vaccinated for Hepatitis A or you came in contact with it sometime in the past. Many of us have. If your liver enzymes are all normal, you don't have active hepatitis.

Immunity: A positive or "reactive" Hepatitis B surface antibody (ab) result means that you are demonstrating immunity to the Hepatitis B virus either through successful vaccination or a previous acute Hepatitis B infection.  Tests for Hepatitis B are generally ordered in a panel of at least 3 tests (HBsAg, HBsAb/Anti-HBs and HBcAb/Anti-HBc) and at least all 3 are needed to make a proper diagnosis.

If what I say is correct, you have vaccination for Hepatitis B in the past (most of Americans at you age have been vaccinated with Hep B vaccine in childhood) and you were never infected with Hepatitis B. I hope total reactive means Ab titer is above 10.
