Colon polyps: Usually when colon polyps are discovered, they are removed at the time of the colonoscopy. Presumably, your gastroenterologist removed those two polyps at the time of the first procedure, and evidently they have not grown back, which is good. If there is confusion, you can ask the previous gastroenterologist to review the first procedure report. Hope that helps.

No: Fat density lesions adjacent to the hepatic flexure probably is in the region of the retrohepatic area representing the region of the kidney.  Depending on size and possibility of a perirenal fatty tumor, at times one finds liposarcomas arising in this region.  If there is a question, a core biopsy should be performed to rule out a fatty tumor undergoing changes.

(Factors include if tumor has grown into wall of colon, if lymph nodes have been involved, or if it has spread to other body parts called metastasis).  Although prognosis decreases with more advanced staging. long term survival and even cures are still possible
