: There are NO medical conditions or medications that have any effect on the HIV AgAb (4th generation) blood tests. Your results prove you once had hepatitis A (or were vaccinated against it), but not HIV or hepatitis B or C. Your negative HIV test at 3 months was conclusive; the rest were unnecessary. You definitely to not have it. Stop testing for any of these infections.

False positive tests: With negative results on three more tests, almost certainly the positive results were false. This isn't necessarily a lab error, just a glitch in the biology of the test. That is, there probably is nothing the lab could have done to either cause or prevent it. In any case, you don't have hepatitis B. If potentially at risk, e.g. sexually active and not monogamous, get vaccinated.

Vaccinated?: This means that your have been exposed to these antigens hopefully from immunizations.  This also means that you have protection against these infections.  You should be worried however over unprotected sex where hepatitis virus would be the least of your worries.

Liver abscess: Until proven otherwise, either amoeba or other microorganisms, based on local concentration. A variety of other conditions may be causing the “starry sky” appearance in the liver, but given clinical scenario an abscess is likely.

: IgG4 is a type of immunoglobulin which is made by the immune system. By itself, it does not mean anything, but needs to be interpreted along with all of the rest of the liver test results. For chronic stable: adefovir, pegylate interferon or/and entecavir.  For chronic: there are several combinations of drugs acting on two of the virus's receptors.  Please seek treatment from your primary care physician.
