No: And not all hemorrhoids can be pushed in.  Only internal hemorrhoids that prolapse through the anus.  Anal warts can be excised surgically, or treated with different topical techniques, like heat, freezing, laser, and other.

Also common in women during pregnancy as baby puts pressure on the area and veins dilate. Infection with hpv causes the skin to grow and form a wart. It does not involve blood vessels.

Genital cyst ?: A firm "bump" in the area described may be a sebaceous cyst, very common in genital and other areas.   See your gyn provider, who can easily diagnose and treat this kind of lesion.

It's more likely: to be a hemorrhoid, as you mentioned.  A wart would be a little firmer and not "squishy".  You should consult a physician for evaluation and management of this, in case it needs to be treated medically.  Sometimes medications work, but other times hemorrhoids require a simple surgical procedure.

Anal bumps: Tiny white bumps around the anus are likely warts, herpetic lesions, or molluscum contagiosum.  There are other possibilities also.  Hemorrhoids are going to be located right at the anal margin and can be skin colored or darkened if they are painful and filled with blood clots.

Very different: Anal warts are the result of viral infection of the skin with human papilloma virus and generally firm and painless, whereas hemorrhoids are enlarged blood vessels under the lining of the anus and generally are soft and also painless (unless it clots, in which case it can be very painful). The : The purple color you describe is a little worrisome. Is it possible that these are blood filled lesions? If so it may be hemorrhoids that are thrombosed (a hemorrhoid that has developed a blood clot). This requires immediate attention. On the other hand, genital warts are typically painless, flesh colored, and look like cauliflower. They can appear within a few weeks of exposure to the hpv virus (virus that causes warts). Honestly, the best thing for you to do in this situation is to see your doctor for an accurate diagnosis and treatment.
