See a doctor: The only way you will be able to tell is to see a doctor, who will do a history and physical exam.  Sometimes that kind of pain is due to something else called an anal fissure as well.  Treatment is necessary, so call or see a doctor today.

Growth in Anus: I am not sure how or what you are asking. It is rare to have a tumor in the anus or rectum, but it is not impossible. There are rectal cancers, skin cancers, and colon cancer.
Hemorrhoids are blood clots in the veins in the anus. They are very common. Some burst and bleed. Many of them cause pain.

Abscess is a collection of pus surrounding infected tissue. It can be painful and deadly.

can a perirectal abscess go undetected for 20 years. i had pain over the years but thought it was hemorrhoids.what cause this to be there long time?

Not really: I see this fairly often, in fact.  Hemorrhoids can cause pain, but it's usually an anal fissure that causes the long term pain like you are describing.  It takes a visit to a surgeon to diagnose it.   Either is easily treated.

Latter is infected: An inflamed hemorrhoid is generally not infected, though can be painful. A perianal abscess is an isolated infection of the soft tissue in that region ,is quite painful ,and may drain pus. If your problem continues , I suggest you see your fam doc or a GI/colorectal doc.

why is my hemorrhoid white? its not an abscess. it protrudes during bowel movement and goes back in after standing up. its not painful at all and no blood. also am i supposed to push every time i have bms?

: No you are not supposed to push- a normal BM is spontaneous. Pushing is when you want to evacuate yourself or during constipation. What you see coming out is probably not hemorrhoid pl have your doc check it. good luck

Hemmorhoids: Many people present with "piles" and this can actually be the issue or one of many other problems that your doctor can help

there are dietary, behavioral, hygiene modifications as well as procedures that can help with these common problems.

Both constipation and diarrhea can lead to this  condition as well

it is best if you consult with a general or colorectal surgeon to help with this matter.

Not commonly: Mistaken but could be. Usually an abscess in the peri-anal area is quite painful ; progressively gets worse over a few days. A hemorrhoid condition could cause a pressure feeling, but would not be very bad. An abscess is usually very painful.

Anal fissure: What you described suggests an anal fissure. Take a fiber laxative, like Metamucil, and drink plenty of water to keep your stool soft and give it time to heal.
You are not likely to have either abscess or cancer.

i have a history constipation like i tend to have hard stools why i can't have cheese. well i was wondering if i could take stool softeners while i'm on amoxicillin for my tooth abscess will that help my stools pass cuz i do have hemorrhoids as well?

: For constipation- You may take a fiber laxative like Metamucil and drink enough water daily so that your urine is colorless. For the long term you may try to increase your intake of fiber foods. Consult this site for fiber foods.
