i don't have any constipation. my bowel habit is regular and always have very soft stool and i never strain. but still i have swollen external hemorrhoid (burning and pain) which becomes bigger during bowel and smaller after that. what should i do?

: Most external hemorrhoids are resolving by themselves by time if you are minimizing risk factors such as heavy lifting, prolonged sedentary lift style. At least, you are not constipated and you do not strain. If this problem bothers too much, see a surgeon who can do a simple hemorrhoidectomy with local anesthetic. Family history of hemorrhoid is a risk factor.

Unlikely: Internal hemorrhoids are an unlikely cause of your urinary symptoms. Try increasing your water intake to dilute out if it is something in the urine that is causing burning sensation.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.

Sitz baths: You have hemorrhoids and burn after peeing.  Try frequent sitz bath.  If you can keep the area clean and dry then the healing can begin.  Try it for three days if no better then try a barrier cream like zinc oxide for babies with diaper rash.  It should only take a few days.  If it worsens see your doctor.

Yes: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, your PSA is within the normal range.

i am a  male who had sclerotherapy injection for hemorrhoids. i had a burning feeling in tip of my penis for a few hours after the procedure. (3-4 hours) and a initial dark yellow discharge with urine. (once).

should i be concerned about this ?

Sclerotherapy: A misdirected injection during sclerotherapy can injure the prostate and cause a discharge from the urethra. The discharge should resolve, but if it continues I recommend seeing a physician or urologist for evaluation and treatment. Culturing of the discharge would  be performed in order to check for prostate infection.

what does hemorrhoid banding do? i have problem with mine burning and blood in rectum on off since 2009 doc wants banding is it placed inside?

Yes : Banding is done with a  special device that cuts off the blood supply to the hemorrhoid tissue causing them to shrink. They are used for internal hemorrhoids and can cause some cramping but are generally painless.   They are done as an outpatient procedure and are generally effective.
