: You need to find out why your HB is so low.Then you will know how to treat it. Discuss with your Dr.  Your local Dr will know more about the use of Dexorange and Puger syrup in folks like you with diabetes and PCOD in India.

Hemoglobin : Hemoglobin is the oxygen carrying component of red blood cells, the main function of red blood cells. A low hemoglobin count means that the hemoglobin count is below average.
The body needs iron to produce hemoglobin.
Cow's milk is low in iron, which is a necessary element for growth and development. Also, milk decreases the body's ability to absorb iron. Lots of milk means decreased iron decreased iron means decreased hemoglobin levels and decreased oxygenation needed for healthy body growth.

Dark : Dark circles under the eyes have several possible causes. In some cases it is due to the deposition of hemoglobin by-products in the skin resulting from chronic nasal congestion.

In other cases, the dark circles is actually due to shadowing in the area that results from facial volume loss. This can be treated with improving the volume loss. This can be done with an in- office filler injection or facial fat grafting (fat transfer).

Another common cause is genetics. Some people simply have more pigmentation in their lower eyelid skin. This is very difficult to change.
