No: Drinking a beer a day is not good for one's health, no matter if male or female, no matter how much one weighs, and no matter how tall she or he is. Alcohol is toxic to living tissue (which is why we can preserve specimens in alcohol in biology lab), so daily alcohol drinking is not good for humans, and also has some empty calories. That said, many people in all countries do enjoy one drink a day.

Not ideal: An A1c of 6.7 correlates with an average blood glucose of about 161, which is higher than the target level.  That being said, A1c is only one measure; it is important to know the day-to-day variability of her blood glucose to know the safest and most effective way to tighten her blood sugar control without causing potentially dangerous side effects.

No, please don't: Alcohol and antidepressants do not mix well, and using alcohol can exacerbate your depression/anxiety.  Skipping meds is unwise also.  Effexor (venlafaxine) requires consistent dosing for at least 4-6 weeks for effectiveness -- and maybe your wanting to drink alcohol now is evidence that you've had some improvement. Unrelated: They are unrelated.  Low IgM is usually not clinically significant (depending on how low of course).  Talk to an allergist immunologist to figure this out.  A high A1c would suggest diabetes.  Talk to your primary care doctor.

some days i pee 3-4 times but but somedays  i will go up to 12 times i drink 4-5 cups of water i had a 5.5 alc a year ago could it be anexiety?

Frequent urination: Frequent urination along with sometimes other physical symptoms can be caused by stress and anxiety.   However,  it could also indicate  a higher risk of diabetes especially for someone who has a had a prior "A1c " level of 5.5% or higher. Follow up with your PCP to ensure not a sign of other medical problems.
